It’s our pleasure to help

Some people think that there is a stereotypical client of our hearing aid service. This always amazes us as everyone who approaches us for support is, naturally, an individual in their own right and can’t be categorised in any way.

Our clients range in age from children to adults; come from every walk of life and live locally or on the other side of the world.

What is typical is that they are driven to seek our help because they have been told about our unique service or haven’t found a solution to their needs elsewhere.

This month we have seen Dione, a young lady accompanied by her mother and her 2 year old daughter. We have singled her out as we first saw her when she was 9 years old and she is now 41. Over the years she has travelled from Oxfordshire or Gloucestershire to us for her hearingcare support but she now lives in Japan!

Another client who has been back into the practice in February is Arthur who we first fitted with hearing instruments in 2002. At 102 years, he has asked that we replace his 10 year old hearing aids with the latest cutting edge digital hearing aids.

Dione and Arthur represent our typical client – in that they are unique.

Everyone we see has individual communication needs which our special assessment helps us accurately target, creating a treatment plan helping to focus on setting a personal set of goals which we can verify are met over time.
